Am I able to pick up my order?
Yes you can, once you are at checkout you will have the option to select pick up. We will then send you an email to arrange a day and time for pick up.
Can I change my payment method?
We will always do our best to help you, but once your order is placed, we cannot change your payment method.
Do you ship world-wide?
Yes! We ship worldwide
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes we do, orders may be subject to a VAT tax once picked up from your postal agency in the UK
Can I refund my order if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind; please ensure you choose your items correctly. We will always replace or refund damaged items.
What are the candles made of?
We use coco apricot creme wax, lead free wicks and natural fragrance.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes, we do! We have stockists all over the world and are always looking to expand. We have a set of criteria each stockist needs to meet to be eligible and unfortunately just having an ABN isn’t going to guarantee a wholesale account. You can send your enquiry to info@nekocandleco.com or for a faster turnaround fill out our wholesale inquiry form with as much information as possible.
